Client Reviews
Experiences across all three services
Wanchai Charoenwong
Logistics Manager, Bangkok
We started with the Clarity Assessment because we genuinely did not know where to look. The summary they gave us was specific and honest — two of the five things we raised were not good candidates for AI at all, which actually built my confidence in their other recommendations.

Nuntana Srisawat
Finance Director, Chonburi
The Layered Integration took a bit longer than the five weeks — closer to six — but they told us that would happen early on when we added a second workflow mid-project. The documentation was excellent, and our team had no trouble picking it up. Would engage them again.

Preeya Thaichalit
Operations Lead, Bangkok
Nine months on the Maintenance Programme now. The quarterly reviews are actually useful rather than just a check-in call. Suda explains clearly what the data shows, and any small tweaks get handled before we have to ask. It is the right pace for us.

Anon Kaewkla
MD, Trading Company, Bangkok
I appreciated that they did not try to upsell us. After the assessment, they recommended the integration for just one department rather than three. That turned out to be the right call — we got it working properly before thinking about expanding.
March 2025
Malee Jirapakornchai
HR Manager, Samut Prakan
The handover session was genuinely thorough. Nattapong walked through each part of the documentation with us and asked questions to check we had understood. That kind of care is not common. Our team felt ready on day one.
April 2025
Thanawat Pornprapha
CTO, Software Firm, Bangkok
Even as a technical person, I found the Clarity Assessment useful. The way they structured the findings — specific process, observed friction, what AI can and cannot address — was much crisper than I expected from a consulting summary. Worth the cost for the thinking alone.

Case Studies
How three projects unfolded
Each situation was different. These brief notes show how the work looked in practice.
Challenge
Import trading firm, Bangkok
The purchasing team was spending several hours each week reformatting supplier quotations into internal templates. The task was repetitive and low-skill, but errors were common because staff rushed through it.
Our Approach
After the Clarity Assessment confirmed the task was a good candidate, we built an AI assistant inside their existing spreadsheet tool. It extracts key figures from uploaded PDFs and populates the internal template. Staff review and confirm before saving.
Outcome
Time on the task dropped from roughly four hours to around forty minutes per week. The team now checks the output rather than doing the formatting themselves. They have been on the Maintenance Programme for seven months.
"We were sceptical it would work with our supplier formats, but it handles about 90% of them without any manual correction." — Purchasing Manager
Challenge
Property management company, Bangkok
Customer service staff were handling a high volume of routine tenant enquiries by email — questions about maintenance procedures, payment schedules, and building rules — that required looking up the same information repeatedly.
Our Approach
We ran the Clarity Assessment first and identified the email channel as the right entry point. The Layered Integration added an AI assistant to their email client that drafts responses to common categories of enquiry. Staff edit and send.
Outcome
Average response time on routine enquiries fell from two days to the same morning. Staff reported less fatigue on the repetitive categories and more time for complex cases. Timeline: five and a half weeks including an extended testing phase.
"The draft quality surprised us. We edit about a third of them and send the rest as-is." — Customer Service Supervisor
Challenge
Accountancy practice, Nonthaburi
Partners were interested in AI tools but had no internal technical resource to evaluate options and wanted an independent view before committing to any purchase or subscription.
Our Approach
We carried out a Clarity Assessment focused on two teams: document processing and client reporting. The summary covered which processes were strong candidates and which tools were compatible with their existing software. No integration was recommended yet.
Outcome
The firm used the findings to make a well-informed purchase decision independently. They came back six months later for a Layered Integration once they were comfortable with the tool. Duration of assessment: two weeks.
"Having someone tell us which things were not worth pursuing saved us from two subscriptions we would have regretted." — Partner
