What size of business do you typically work with?
We work with small and medium-sized businesses across Bangkok and Thailand. Our approach scales from a single team up to a few departments, so there is no minimum headcount or revenue requirement.
Will this disrupt our existing software or workflows?
We take care to work alongside what you already have. The Layered Integration is added to a tool you currently use, and we move carefully to avoid disturbing routines that are working well. If we see a risk, we flag it before proceeding.
How long does a typical engagement take?
A Clarity Assessment usually wraps up within two to three weeks, including the summary meeting. A Layered Integration takes around five weeks from start to handover. After that, the Maintenance Programme runs on a monthly basis for as long as it is useful to you.
Are your prices fixed or do they change mid-project?
The prices listed — ฿5,000 for the Assessment, ฿11,300 for the Integration, and ฿17,500 per month for Maintenance — are fixed for the defined scope. If the scope changes, we discuss that with you first before anything affects the cost.
Can we stop the Maintenance Programme at any point?
Yes. The Maintenance Programme runs month to month. You can pause or stop it with reasonable notice. We will make sure you have everything you need — documentation, settings, contacts — so the integration keeps working without us if you choose to manage it in-house.
