Clarity Assessment
A clear-eyed look at your processes to find a few sensible places for AI support. We present a tidy summary and leave the timing entirely to you. One to two teams.
What is included:
- Process walkthrough with one to two of your teams
- Review of the tools your team currently uses
- Written summary: where AI could help and where it probably would not
- Summary meeting to walk through findings
- No obligation to continue further
How it works, step by step:
- 1 We agree scope and schedule a kickoff call

- 4 We hold a walkthrough meeting and answer questions
Service 02
Layered Integration
A tailored assistant is added to one of your tools with a clean, careful setup that respects existing routines. Includes documentation and a handover. About five weeks.
What is included:
- Custom configuration of an AI assistant inside your chosen tool
- Testing and adjustments before go-live
- Written documentation in plain language
- Handover session with the team who will use it daily
- Two-week post-handover support window
How it works, step by step:
- 1 Scope agreement and tool confirmation
- 2 Configuration and internal testing (weeks 1–3)
- 3 Client testing and adjustments (week 4)
- 4 Documentation delivery and handover session (week 5)
Service 03
Maintenance Programme
Ongoing upkeep and measured expansion of your integration as comfort grows. Quarterly reviews and a steady contact keep things clear.
What is included:
- Monthly integration performance check
- Quarterly review meeting with written report
- Named contact reachable by email or phone
- Minor adjustments included (within scope)
- Month-to-month — stop with reasonable notice
A typical quarterly cycle:
- 1 Performance data gathered and reviewed
- 2 Any drift from expected behaviour flagged and addressed
- 3 Written report shared with client
- 4 Review meeting to discuss findings and next steps

Data Privacy
All handling follows Thailand's PDPA. We do not transfer client data to third-party systems without explicit written agreement.
Scope in Writing
Scope and price are always agreed in writing before work begins. Changes go through a brief review before they affect cost or schedule.
Testing Before Handover
Every integration is tested internally and then by the client before the handover session takes place. We do not rush go-live.
Support Window Included
Integration clients receive a two-week post-handover support period for questions that arise as the team begins using the tool.
No Platform Affiliation
We are not commercially affiliated with any AI tool vendor. Our recommendations are based on fit for your situation, not commission incentives.
Readable Documentation
Docs are written for the people who will use the integration day to day, not for engineers. Plain language is a deliberate standard, not an afterthought.
